Provision of our Website
In order to enable our website to function properly, data that are transferred from your browser are processed during your visit.
These data comprise of the IP address, the date and time of your request, the time zone difference from Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), the content of your request (specific site), the access status/HTTP status code, the respective quantity of data transmitted, the website from which the request is sent, the browser, the operating system and its surface, as well as the language and version of the browser software.
If you make enquiries via the contact forms of our website, we will process the data provided by you in order to be able to respond to you.
You can subscribe to our newsletter on our website in order to receive information on our products, services and events. We use the data you provide us, within the scope of the approval given by you, to send you our newsletter.
In order to verify your identity, the subscription is processed by use of a double opt-in procedure. After entering your data on our website, you will first receive a confirmation by e-mail. Only by clicking a button in our confirmation e-mail will the application process be completed.
You may at any time unsubscribe from our newsletter. In every newsletter, you will find a link to unsubscribe. Alternatively, you can use the above contact details to revoke your consent.
In order to make our website as user-friendly as possible, we use so-called “cookies”. Cookies are small text files which are allocated to your browser and stored on your hard disk and that serve to provide specific information to the site setting the cookie (by us in this case).
You may make various settings for cookies in your browser, block them and delete the cookies set. However, we kindly ask you to note that without cookies you might not be able to use all the services provided on our website.
If third- party cookies are used on this page, please refer here to the implemented services for further information.
We use the tool Google Analytics by Google (Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA).
Google Analytics works with text files that are stored on your device (so-called “cookies”) in order to obtain information on your website use. Google uses this information on our behalf in order to provide us with evaluations of your website use, reports on activities on the website and further services. The data regarding your website use, collected with the help of “cookies”, are usually transferred to the servers of Google in the USA and are stored there. Data that may otherwise exist about you and is deposited at Google will not be combined.
Moreover, we use the masking function “anonymizeIP“. Before your IP address is transferred to the Google servers in the USA, it is shortened in the EU. Unshortened IP addresses are transferred in rare cases only and are subsequently shortened on servers in the USA. You may avoid this processing by means of the following measures:
It is possible to set your browser so that no “cookies” are stored. This may, however, cause our website to not function properly. Furthermore, it is possible to prevent data collection by means of a browser add-on by Google. This add-on can be found here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en
As an alternative to the browser add-on, e.g. if you use a smartphone and/or tablets, you can prevent data collection by Google Analytics by clicking here. This will set a cookie that prevents data collection. If you revisit our website with a different device or browser, or if you have erased your cookies, you have to set the cookie again.
On our website we use Google Maps (a service by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) to display our locations in the Google Maps plug-in. When using Google Maps, data that are necessary for use will be passed on.
For more information, see the Google Maps Terms of Service

In respect of your personal data, you have the right to request from us information, correction, erasure or limitation in accordance with the legal regulations. Furthermore, we provide you with your data in a structured, conventional and machine-readable format. If we use your data based on your authorization (e.g. when you subscribe to our newsletter), you may revoke your authorization at any time. From the time of revocation, we will no longer use your data for this purpose. If we have a legitimate interest in processing your data, you may contact us and raise your objection. Irrespective thereof, you may at any time contact the responsible supervising authorities.
